Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a manager in the food service industry
  • familiarity with POS management systems
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and customer service
  • oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
  • handle profit and loss responsibilities and financial reporting
  • implement and monitor POS management systems effectively
  • recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure high performance
  • maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
