- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a manager in the food service industry
- familiarity with POS management systems

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and customer service
- oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
- handle profit and loss responsibilities and financial reporting
- implement and monitor POS management systems effectively
- recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure high performance
- maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
