Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year working at Cracker Barrel preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage both kitchen flow and front-of-house service
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Deliver exceptional guest service and experience
- Maintain operational standards during busy shifts
