- At least 1 year in line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and implement effective scheduling
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff with support from General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through strategic operational leadership
- Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Maintain excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Complete administrative tasks as required
