- must have reliable means of transportation
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to lift heavy items

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of high volume full-service and upscale casual restaurant management experience
- passion for developing and mentoring people
- expert knowledge of inventory systems and financial management
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong organizational and listening skills
- ability to work at several Charleston locations
- proven ability to multitask
- kitchen management experience is a plus
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day restaurant operations
