Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • current Manager ServSafe Certification or willing to obtain by end of training period
  • valid driver's license and proof of insurance with acceptable driving history
  • flexible and long hours required at times
  • able to stand during entire shift exerting up to 50 pounds
  • capable to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • able to operate computer systems and all office, cleaning, cooking and food preparation equipment
  • able to reach overhead, bend, crouch, lift, stand, sit, twist and communicate intentions to co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma

  • ability to operate front and back office computer systems and all office, cleaning, cooking and food preparation equipment
