Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
- current Manager ServSafe Certification or willing to obtain by end of training period
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance with acceptable driving history
- flexible and long hours required at times
- able to stand during entire shift exerting up to 50 pounds
- capable to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
- able to operate computer systems and all office, cleaning, cooking and food preparation equipment
- able to reach overhead, bend, crouch, lift, stand, sit, twist and communicate intentions to co-workers
Job Qualifications
