Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and walk without rest
- ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical duties
- ability to communicate verbally
- ability to use vision skills including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- ability to work in all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register
- compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes
- commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required

- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health and safety code compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, review financial reports and schedules
- manage food costs by following recipes and inventory
- control labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- perform other assigned duties
