Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year working at Cracker Barrel required
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
  • proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • oversee front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
  • manage inventory and supplies to maintain operational standards
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with company values
  • lead by example to inspire and motivate the team
  • handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining calm and focus
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
