Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
