Job Requirements
- Completed at least high school education
- at least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service or product quality standards in a food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving food, service, cleanliness standards target achievement
- assist in sales target achievement
- assist in profit target achievement
- lead and manage people by learning, developing, inspiring, motivating, disciplining and keeping high morale and engagement of the store team
- ensure store operations administration including adherence to operating systems, standards, and compliance with government and legal requirements
- conduct financial analysis including profit and loss statement analysis
- prepare business planning and management presentations and reports
