Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Proficient in using restaurant management software
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
- Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, and POS systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills including budget and P&L report handling
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Maintain service excellence ensuring all guests receive a seamless dining experience
- Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Organize and supervise staff shifts ensuring optimal floor coverage
- Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build a high-performance team
- Train and mentor employees in customer service best practices
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
- Foster team morale and motivation
- Deliver superior service maximizing customer satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Uphold THE ONE GROUP's brand image and develop local initiatives
- Promote the brand through marketing and local partnerships
- Recommend creative guest attraction strategies including social media and promotions
- Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales and reduce waste
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase guest traffic
- Create detailed revenue and expense reports
- Maintain inventory oversight and purchasing strategies
