Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
- Proficiency in managing budgets and inventory

Job Duties
- Monitor and supervise daily operations of dining rooms and restaurants
- Ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
- Work in conjunction with other department managers to coordinate activities
- Enforce policies including employee appearance, attendance, and service standards
- Hold regular department meetings to drive employee engagement and retention
- Be present on the floor during meal service
- Oversee completion of job duties by restaurant staff
