Job Requirements
- must have reliable means of transportation
- must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- must be able to lift heavy items
- ability to remain calm friendly and enthusiastic under pressure
- willingness to work full-time
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of high volume full-service and upscale casual restaurant management experience
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- experience with inventory systems profit and loss and schedule writing
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong organizational and listening skills
- passion for developing coaching and mentoring people
- flexibility to work at several locations in the Charleston market
- kitchen management experience is a plus
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day operations of restaurant maintaining a positive atmosphere
- lead and develop team members through coaching and mentoring
- manage inventory systems and oversee profit and loss
- create and manage employee schedules
- multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
- ensure excellent guest experience and service quality
- collaborate across multiple locations in the Charleston market
