Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Two years of management experience
- Full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Strong guest focus mentality
- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals with focus on sales growth, guest count increases, effective staffing, and labor cost management

Job Duties
- Knowledge of all dining room systems and operations including to-go, counter, bar and service standards as well as kitchen operations such as expo, prep, line and quality standards
- Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all FOH and BOH team members including training, safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Establish and communicate goals to the managing partner regularly
- Communicate effectively with management team, hourly team members, vendors and the restaurant support center
- Maintain restaurant facility to excellence standards including cleanliness, neatness and organization
- Ensure sufficient supply levels of tools for FOH and BOH team members
- Write and post department schedule timely according to company standards and labor goals
- Complete weekly inventory procedures within area of responsibility
- Interview potential team members and assist in hiring to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Maintain an area of responsibility encompassing guest experience, bar, hospitality and takeout focusing on service standards, sales and team member knowledge
