Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership in the restaurant
- manage human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, communication and enforcement of company policies, recruitment, selection, discipline, coaching, training, and performance appraisals
- maintain all financial aspects including inventory control, productivity forecasting, financial reporting, cost of sales, and labor cost control
- attain financial targets
- execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
- make daily bank deposits
- manage cash issues such as cash shortages
- ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- monitor competitors' promotions, trends, and growth
- ensure the restaurant team delivers the highest possible level of customer service
- resolve customer issues
- ensure product quality and adherence to Pizza Hut standards
- order products and maintain supplier relations
- assist the District Manager in market operations
