  • experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
  • experience mentoring and training hourly team members
  • strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams

  • experience in a fast-paced, high volume hospitality environment
  • demonstrated ability to mentor and train hourly employees
  • strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • experience in casual or upscale dining or retail preferred
  • understanding of inventory management and cost control
  • proven leadership skills
  • ability to maintain high operating standards

Job Duties

  • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their best performance
  • boost financial performance by building sales and maximizing revenue
  • create a positive family-style service culture
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness, culinary excellence, and operational efficiency
  • lead and inspire hospitality ensuring guest satisfaction through memorable service
  • communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
