Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure talent development
- implement and oversee employee training systems
- identify and promote internal candidates for leadership
- enforce execution of "My Promise to You" and Service Profit Chain principles
- create an employee-friendly, fun, safe, and clean work environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- respect and treat employees with dignity
- recognize and reward employee achievements
- ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service
