Job Requirements

  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure talent development
  • implement and oversee employee training systems
  • identify and promote internal candidates for leadership
  • enforce execution of "My Promise to You" and Service Profit Chain principles
  • create an employee-friendly, fun, safe, and clean work environment
  • motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
