Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of manager experience in restaurants

Job Duties

  • Manage the performance of multiple Shift Leaders and employees
  • promote a fun and positive work environment
  • manage the effectiveness of people-focused processes and systems
  • provide initial and ongoing training to all employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step method of training
  • reward and recognize employee performance exceeding company standards
  • manage the daily completion of operational checklists including line checks, uniform standards, opening/closing checklists, safe and deposit logs
  • manage FSC operational standards daily
  • manage guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT)
  • ensure compliance with all food safety standards and local health department regulations
  • exemplify guest service and communicate SIZZLE service standards
  • manage onboarding and training for new employees
  • support routine management communication
  • follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory
  • enforce company cash policies to minimize losses
  • manage daily labor and build schedules based on forecasts and labor percentages
  • manage local store marketing programs as assigned
