Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manager experience in restaurants

Job Duties
- Manage the performance of multiple Shift Leaders and employees
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- manage the effectiveness of people-focused processes and systems
- provide initial and ongoing training to all employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step method of training
- reward and recognize employee performance exceeding company standards
- manage the daily completion of operational checklists including line checks, uniform standards, opening/closing checklists, safe and deposit logs
- manage FSC operational standards daily
- manage guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT)
- ensure compliance with all food safety standards and local health department regulations
- exemplify guest service and communicate SIZZLE service standards
- manage onboarding and training for new employees
- support routine management communication
- follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory
- enforce company cash policies to minimize losses
- manage daily labor and build schedules based on forecasts and labor percentages
- manage local store marketing programs as assigned
