Job Duties

  • Deliver a phenomenal guest experience
  • Lead and inspire the team with a people-first mentality
  • Build a team focused on hospitality and culinary execution
  • Develop top talent to drive the business forward
  • Build sales, profitability, and guest counts
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the restaurant
  • Meet financial objectives through forecasting, labor management, portion control, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Communicate effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures
