Job Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to relocate

Job Duties

  • Conduct an 8-week self-directed training program learning all restaurant roles
  • Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure operational efficiency
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Support daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
  • Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • Collaborate with management team to ensure overall restaurant success
