Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to relocate

Job Duties
- Conduct an 8-week self-directed training program learning all restaurant roles
- Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff
- Oversee inventory management to ensure operational efficiency
- Hire and develop team members
- Support daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
- Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with management team to ensure overall restaurant success
