Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience at Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in inventory and labor management
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance
  • Manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • Handle employee scheduling and labor management
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
