Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to complete 8-week training program
  • flexibility to relocate to various locations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • start with an 8-week self-directed training program learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
  • receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
  • lead train and mentor staff
  • oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
  • hire and develop team members
  • support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
  • engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • collaborate with management team to ensure the restaurant's success
