Job Requirements

Experience in the quick service restaurant industry preferred
must be 18 years or older
availability for flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
valid driver's license
vehicle needed

Job Duties

Drive in-store sales with strategic selling techniques
motivate team to hit and exceed targets
establish and nurture strong relationships with guests
encourage crew to provide excellent customer service
foster a trusting, fun, and positive environment
oversee daily operational tasks including store cleanliness, cash management, inventory control, ordering, scheduling, and food safety
deliver outstanding customer service and develop a positive culture
