Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to taste, smell, and use close, distance, color, peripheral vision
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members for employee success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial report reviews
- Control food costs by managing recipes, portions, and inventory
- Control labor costs through effective scheduling and sales performance monitoring
- Perform other duties as assigned
