Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
- ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to manage inventory and ordering
- willingness to master all restaurant positions before training others
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
- strong coaching and team leadership skills
- excellent organizational and deadline management abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience managing a large team
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
Job Duties
