Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage conflict and stress effectively
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Willingness to travel to other locations as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Proficient with personal computers and software
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
- Work with management team to execute Service Profit Chain and promote employee-friendly environment
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Manage daily operations to ensure excellence in guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
- Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
