Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • Compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage conflict and stress effectively
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Proficient with personal computers and software
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
  • Work with management team to execute Service Profit Chain and promote employee-friendly environment
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Manage daily operations to ensure excellence in guest service and food quality
  • Respond to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
