- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing

- Provide coaching to team members to enhance performance
- Create a positive, fun, and respectful work environment
- Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations with the support of General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profit improvements
- Oversee staffing, hiring, and training initiatives
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Promote teamwork and complete required administrative tasks
