Job Duties

  • lead through service and support the team
  • maintain team and guest focus while performing responsibilities
  • partner with managers and team members to achieve common goals
  • coach and train teams on policies, standards, and service implementation
  • manage all points of service and delegate tasks effectively
  • engage with guests to exceed expectations
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • coordinate catering events and services
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • manage shifts with emphasis on safety
  • ensure food and product quality meets standards
  • support achievement of financial and operational objectives
