Job Duties
- Supervise and support 15-20 crew members on assigned shifts
- Ensure all employees prioritize guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- Maintain proper staffing levels and schedules
- Oversee restaurant sanitation and ensure compliance with health inspections and brand standards
- Assist with financial management including budgets, profit goals, and interpreting operational reports
- Drive sales and guest engagement through marketing efforts and suggestive selling
- Enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
