Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Proficient in basic math and computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license and insurance
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and training adherence
- Identify and develop internal candidates for leadership roles
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- Analyze operational and financial performance to improve sales and profitability
- Implement the Service Profit Chain and protect brand standards
- Use management information tools to monitor costs and budget adherence
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
