Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
Must be ServSafe certified
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
Must be ServSafe certified
Proficient in basic math and computer applications
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Valid driver's license and insurance

Job Duties

Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
Monitor staffing levels and training adherence
Identify and develop internal candidates for leadership roles
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence
Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
Analyze operational and financial performance to improve sales and profitability
Implement the Service Profit Chain and protect brand standards
Use management information tools to monitor costs and budget adherence
Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
Perform other related duties as assigned
