Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • able to work effectively independently and in a team
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in technology and able to adapt to new systems
  • capable of handling physical work including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
  • able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • able to travel for work-related functions and training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
  • self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
  • able to recognize problems and implement solutions
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during shifts
  • act as manager on duty including opening and closing the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and maintain accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • conduct shift management adhering to safety and operational standards
  • utilize tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective actions
  • direct crew members and provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition programs for crew members
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of the restaurant
  • complete assigned duties as required
