Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- able to work effectively independently and in a team
- detail-oriented and organized
- able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in technology and able to adapt to new systems
- capable of handling physical work including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
- able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- able to travel for work-related functions and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
- self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
- able to recognize problems and implement solutions
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during shifts
- act as manager on duty including opening and closing the restaurant
- manage cash handling and maintain accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- conduct shift management adhering to safety and operational standards
- utilize tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective actions
- direct crew members and provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crew members
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of the restaurant
- complete assigned duties as required
