Job Requirements

- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations, control costs, and manage profits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor daily activity for food quality and cleanliness
- Follow cash control and security procedures
- Review financial reports and schedules and take appropriate actions
- Manage food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs using scheduling tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
