Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of fine dining or restaurant management experience
- must possess or be able to obtain a food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- read write and speak English
- prefer two to three years of fine dining experience
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- previous supervisory/management skills and experience
- requires 8th grade math level
- requires high school reasoning level
- requires 12th grade language use level
- no employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
Job Duties
- demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire employees to meet and exceed standards
- ensure consistency of product and service
- maintain wine inventory
- maintain work areas clean and organized
- maintain working knowledge of all restaurant positions food preparation cocktail service and wine inventory
