Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- ability to work a flexible schedule especially during pre-opening and opening stages
- ability to stand more than 80% of the time
- ability to walk more than 50% of the time
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to push or pull up to 30 pounds
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years as a manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- previous experience in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric setting
- strong leadership skills with proficiency in delegation, follow-through, and accountability
- proven track record of training and development of team members
- competent in State of Michigan and Detroit City Health Department standards
- ability to provide and receive feedback effectively
- ability to remain professional and composed during peak hours and high-pressure situations
- must possess extremely high standards
Job Duties
- Create and maintain consistent operating systems across multiple concepts
- train and develop team members in all back-of-house departments and stations to produce a consistent product
- be active on social media to promote the brand
- prioritize guest satisfaction across all concepts
- prepare and submit operational reports to the General Manager
- maintain compliance with State of Michigan and Detroit City Health Department standards
- observe and adhere to safety and security procedures promoting a safe work environment
