Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as a manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • ability to work a flexible schedule especially during pre-opening and opening stages
  • ability to stand more than 80% of the time
  • ability to walk more than 50% of the time
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to push or pull up to 30 pounds
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years as a manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • previous experience in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric setting
  • strong leadership skills with proficiency in delegation, follow-through, and accountability
  • proven track record of training and development of team members
  • competent in State of Michigan and Detroit City Health Department standards
  • ability to provide and receive feedback effectively
  • ability to remain professional and composed during peak hours and high-pressure situations
  • must possess extremely high standards

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain consistent operating systems across multiple concepts
  • train and develop team members in all back-of-house departments and stations to produce a consistent product
  • be active on social media to promote the brand
  • prioritize guest satisfaction across all concepts
  • prepare and submit operational reports to the General Manager
  • maintain compliance with State of Michigan and Detroit City Health Department standards
  • observe and adhere to safety and security procedures promoting a safe work environment
