Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from Jack in the Box Inc. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means that if you are hired, your direct employer will be the independent franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc itself. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week

Job Duties
- Maintain visibility and interact with guests to set the customer service example
- Model a 'guest comes first' attitude with friendliness and positive spirit
- Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Interact effectively with diverse groups of people without bias
