Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from Jack in the Box Inc. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means that if you are hired, your direct employer will be the independent franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc itself. Job Requirements

Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
Must be available to work any day and time including weekends and holidays
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
Must have ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
Must have good organization and planning skills

Job Duties

Maintain visibility and interact with guests to set the customer service example

Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
