Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage financial performance and labor scheduling
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications

- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and financial outcomes
- Review and analyze key P&L lines to improve profitability
- Drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
- Motivate and guide team members to exceed guest expectations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Engage with the local community to support marketing initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and brand standards
- Step in as Assistant Manager or Shift Coordinator when needed
