Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and labor scheduling
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and financial outcomes
  • Review and analyze key P&L lines to improve profitability
  • Drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
  • Motivate and guide team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Engage with the local community to support marketing initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and brand standards
  • Step in as Assistant Manager or Shift Coordinator when needed
