Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Valid work authorization

  • Proven restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including P & L statements and budgeting
  • Experience in recruitment, training and performance management
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure execution and compliance of food safety and quality assurance
  • Manage food, inventory and equipment controls
  • Maintain food service and production levels by leading strong back-of-house and front-of-house execution
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by building connections with customers and delivering excellent dine-in, take-out and delivery service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards
  • Direct, coach and train team members to high performance levels
  • Responsible for labor controls, recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations, corrective actions and performance development
  • Maintain restaurant financial controls including full P & L, budget and SPLH ownership
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities proactively
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including managerial reports and proprietary applications accurately and efficiently
