Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Sufficient visual acuity
- Proficient in computer skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry or private club setting
- Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service and Trainer Certifications, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
- Completion of food and beverage training modules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Experience handling confidential member and employee data
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- Monitor the reservation book to stay informed about shift functions and room setups
- Oversee room setups to match reservations and ensure cleanliness
- Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- Ensure daily side work and assignments are completed
- Assist in training and development of service staff
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Implement training programs to maintain a skilled staff
- Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Record necessary information in shift logs
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about updates and instructions
