Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Sufficient visual acuity
  • Proficient in computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry or private club setting
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service and Trainer Certifications, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
  • Completion of food and beverage training modules
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • Experience handling confidential member and employee data

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor the reservation book to stay informed about shift functions and room setups
  • Oversee room setups to match reservations and ensure cleanliness
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • Ensure daily side work and assignments are completed
  • Assist in training and development of service staff
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • Implement training programs to maintain a skilled staff
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Record necessary information in shift logs
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors about updates and instructions
