Job Requirements

  • prior experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards
  • proven ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

  • capability in budget management and financial reporting

  • proficient in administrative duties and use of management software
  • entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on operational success and sales growth

Job Duties

  • ensure execution and compliance of food safety and quality assurance
  • manage food, inventory and equipment controls
  • maintain food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution
  • provide exceptional customer experience by building important connections with customers and maintaining excellent dine-in, take-out and delivery service
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards
  • actively direct, coach and train team members to high performance levels
  • manage labor controls including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations, corrective actions and performance development
  • maintain restaurant financial controls including complete P&L, budget and SPLH ownership
  • proactively identify and secure sales opportunities
  • complete administrative managerial responsibilities including system reports and proprietary applications
  • submit all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
