Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years of prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- for alcohol serving restaurants, compliance with state age requirements to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and handle objects
- ability to verbally communicate
- adequate vision capabilities
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success on the job and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with job duties
- assist with building store sales by executing marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial review
- manage food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- manage labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
