Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Organized and deadline-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing a large team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coach team members through effective feedback and training
- Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high-quality food standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests and staff
- Drive sales and operational efficiency to meet financial goals
