Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the floor including open/close, manage service flow, seat optimization, pacing, VIP oversight, table touches, recovery
- Champion service standards by training, modeling, and auditing Forbes and brand standards, conducting pre-shift line-ups, and owning guest feedback loops
- Develop the team by recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance-managing servers, bartenders, hosts, and support roles
- Drive the business by monitoring covers, mix, and average check, executing promotions, seasonal features, and revenue-generating ideas
- Lead bar and beverage operations including menu curation, inventory management, TIPS compliance, and cost controls
- Enforce quality and presentation standards related to service steps, cleanliness, uniform/grooming, ambiance, and table/station readiness
- Coordinate events and group functions with Sales/Catering and Banquets, managing BEOs, room blocks, group arrivals, and special setups
- Manage POS systems, comp/void controls, cash handling, deposits, schedule and payroll approvals, and daily shift reports
- Ensure safety and compliance with ServSafe, TIPS, ADA, sanitation, and food safety regulations, leading incident response and documentation
- Collaborate with hotel departments such as Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Vista Rooftop to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Promote company culture by recognizing wins, modeling professionalism, and enhancing communication through Beekeeper and team meetings
