- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- combine passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results
- execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- oversee restaurant team performance and provide coaching and development
- ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service
- manage schedules and labor to meet operational needs
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with home office support available 24/7 to address operational challenges
