  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • combine passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results
  • execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • oversee restaurant team performance and provide coaching and development
  • ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service
  • manage schedules and labor to meet operational needs
  • maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with home office support available 24/7 to address operational challenges
