Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
- Must have completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to handle changing priorities effectively
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organization and planning skills

Job Duties
- Manage performance of hourly employees with a focus on front of house staff
- Assist General Manager in hiring and retaining talent
- Support training and development of restaurant employees
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain atmosphere standards
- Oversee responsible alcohol service and food safety protocols
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and proper cash handling
- Maintain vendor relationships and execute local marketing efforts
