Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • At least 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience managing at Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and labor cost management

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Lead by example to foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize restaurant performance
