Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as required

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant P&L and drive profitability
- Monitor and review key financial lines to improve restaurant performance
- Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and timely service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues through root cause analysis
- Engage with local community and execute marketing initiatives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Optimize staffing and scheduling while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve team capabilities
- Perform Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator duties as needed
