Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant P&L and drive profitability
  • Monitor and review key financial lines to improve restaurant performance
  • Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and timely service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues through root cause analysis
  • Engage with local community and execute marketing initiatives
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Optimize staffing and scheduling while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve team capabilities
  • Perform Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator duties as needed
