Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
  • Drive sales through guest service and operations
  • Motivate team to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage guest experience and resolve issues
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team
  • Manage labor scheduling and compliance
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager when needed
