Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L
- Drive sales through guest service and operations
- Motivate team to exceed guest expectations
- Manage guest experience and resolve issues
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and training
- Provide coaching and feedback to team
- Manage labor scheduling and compliance
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager when needed
