Job Requirements

High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management for internal promote or 3 years for external recruit
Must be at least 18 years old
Completion of restaurant manager training classes
ServSafe certification
Proficient English communication skills
Ability to perform basic math operations
Analytical and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and insurance
Physical ability to stand and walk most of the shift
Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
Must be at least 18 years old
Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
ServSafe certified
Ability to speak read and write English effectively
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficient with computers and software applications
Valid driver's license and insurance
Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

Recruit select train develop and evaluate restaurant employees
Monitor staffing levels and ensure systems for employee training are implemented
Create and maintain an employee-friendly clean and safe environment
Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in operational performance
Ensure excellent guest service and food quality while addressing customer concerns
Analyze operational and financial performance and implement plans for improvement
Monitor costs adhere to budget and protect the Jack in the Box brand
