Job Requirements
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management for internal promote or 3 years for external recruit
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Proficient English communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Physical ability to stand and walk most of the shift
- Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient with computers and software applications
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit select train develop and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure systems for employee training are implemented
- Create and maintain an employee-friendly clean and safe environment
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in operational performance
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality while addressing customer concerns
- Analyze operational and financial performance and implement plans for improvement
- Monitor costs adhere to budget and protect the Jack in the Box brand
