Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • five to seven years related experience
  • proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Job Duties

  • Establishes local restaurant marketing plan and implements plan using restaurant resources and marketing budget
  • manages restaurant’s profit and loss to optimize profit, control cost of goods, labor, comps and controllable
  • maintains a safe and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • controls inventory by establishing par levels for supplies and equipment
  • monitors and maintains proper inventory levels
  • authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment within budget
  • works closely with the Facilities Team to ensure that everything within the restaurant is working properly and communicates any concerns immediately
