Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • strong communication skills in English, Spanish communication skills highly helpful
  • knowledge of health code standards and food safety guidelines
  • ability to manage cash handling including employee checkouts and bank deposits
  • effective coaching and mentoring skills
  • ability to recruit and select staff according to Audition Guidelines
  • experience managing performance-based scheduling
  • organizational skills to maintain training schedules and materials
  • ability to foster a harassment-free and professional work environment
  • understanding of inventory control
  • commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Direct the work of store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment
  • ensure compliance with cleanliness standards per Health Code and quality assurance checks
  • manage responsible alcohol service following legal requirements
  • drive sales through excellent operations, marketing, and recruiting efforts
  • hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • manage cash handling processes including assigning drawers, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
  • handle issues of discrimination or harassment respectfully and according to policy
  • maintain a work atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or poor performance
  • coach, counsel, motivate, and teach all team members including Twin Peaks Girls
  • recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls following Audition Guidelines
  • ensure adherence to Steps of Service and provide P.E.A.K.S. service to every table
  • enforce Image and Costume Guidelines and hold team members accountable to standards
  • organize and update training schedules and materials
  • execute training and development programs effectively
  • manage Performance Based Scheduling
  • practice sound inventory control
  • dress and act professionally daily to set a good example
