Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of full service restaurant management experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
Driver's license and/or adequate transportation
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage changing priorities

Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
Must be 21 years of age or older
Driver's license and/or adequate transportation
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
Strong coaching skills
Intermediate mathematical computation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to manage changing priorities
